Although LEGO themselves recently launched an official 2500 piece LEGO version of the Batcave, it’s absolutely nothing on the 18,000 piece version of Arkham Asylum that has just been created by superfan Dayton for display at the recent Brickvention in Melbourne.
Incredibly, the asylum took three months of actual building time and over an entire year of planning, but I’m sure you’ll agree that the end results speak for themselves. Dayton was suitably stoked too:
I feel this was the milestone for me as a builder as this is something I have wanted to build for years now and I am so happy with how it turned out.
Almost everything I wanted to put into the moc was built and included.
The whole interior turned out pretty good and I really like what happened the whole roof and clock part of the building.

Impressive huh? I would say that I wished that you could actually buy this version of the asylum, but I don’t think I’ve got three months spare to build it. It would be completely sick to have that rocking out in your bedroom though – you know that the ladies would love it.
They would probably love this LEGO version of Breaking Bad more though to be fair.
