Japan is well known as one of the craziest countries in the world, and the video below confirms this yet again as I have absolutely no idea where else in the world would sanction a fight between a 12-year-old girl and someone twice her age.

A lot of people were upset about the fight between 12-year-old Momo Shimizu and 24-year-old Momoko Yamasaki at Deep Jewels 16, but to be honest they needn’t have worried. Momo absolutely dominated her much older, wiser and bigger opponent, taking her back in about 5 seconds and then choking her out with a rear naked choke for the win.

Wow. You can’t even really say she got lucky there because she was all over her and went straight for the back and the choke, which managed to win it in under a minute – that’s no fluke.

I suppose you would argue that Momo is probably going to have a successful MMA career in the future, but who really knows? She’s only 12-years-old right now – imagine where her life’s gonna go when she discovers boys or has exams or gets addicted to Pokemon or something.
