Mary Hart Syndrome

So strange you can barely believe it’s true; there have a been a handful of examples where sufferers fall into into seizures upon hearing the voice of Mary Hart, the American TV presenter of Entertainment Tonight. A doctor who studied one of these claims said that one woman concerned really did fall into a seizure at the sound of Hart’s voice; he reported that the woman would also grip her head, looking distracted and confused. It is important to note, however, that this strange syndrome seems only to affect those who already have seizures for other reasons such as epilepsy which makes you wonder if the whole thing isn’t some massive coincidence. I experienced something like this myself, only it wasn’t so much Mary Hart and seizures as it was Loose Women and punching myself in the face repeatedly while screaming ‘TURN IT OFFFFFFFF!!’.
