8) Inland Taipan

At number eight we have our first snake. The inland taipan is the most poisonous snake on the planet. He lives in Australia and one bite can kill a man in under 45 minutes. One bite actually has enough potency to kill 100 men. And to make things even worse, the snake is highly mobile, swift to move and deadly accurate in the strike.
But thankfully their bite is fully treatable and if you seek medical attention you will be fine. In fact, no one has ever been killed by one (officially). They’re relatively shy and they live in places where there aren’t many humans – Australia’s unrelentingly hot, dry interior. So despite being potential serial killers they are yet to get their first blood.
